After breakfast you will embark on a day of sightseeing. Delhi is said to be one of the oldest existing cities in the world - over 5,000 years old - along with Damascus and Varanasi. By far the most cosmopolitan city in India, Delhi is a true traveller's delight. The list of things to do in Delhi is endless and you'll surely discover many interesting things to do on your own. Here's an abbreviated list of some of the most popular tourist activities:
Eat Dilli-ki-Chaat; visit the Red Fort; marvel at the architectural wonder of the Lotus Temple (Bahai House of Worship) - constructed out of marble and in the shape of a lotus flower; stroll around Humayun’s Tomb which combines Persian style with local craftsmanship; listen to Qawwalis (devotional music) sung at dargah of Nizamuddin Auliya (one of Islam’s holiest tombs) at around sunset; visit Gandhi’s simple tomb in its tranquil gardens – said to be the most peaceful place in all Delhi.

After breakfast, enjoy the drive to Agra. Upon arrival you'll check-in to your hotel and the day will be available to you for sightseeing. The Agra Fort is one of the most popular afternoon tourist destinations. Of course, the Taj Mahal awaits - the best time to view the Taj is late afternoon to watch the changing colors of the Taj as the colorful sunsets reflect upon it. Early morning is also considered a good time for the same reasons and because it's the coolest part of the day to enjoy the monument. Dine out as you like and spend the night.
Day 4: Agra
Most travellers start their day at the Taj Mahal - the rising sun reflecting on the Taj during the coolest period of the day makes it a favorite time to visit. It opens at 6:00 a.m. so breakfast usually takes place after your visit. Later, visit the Agra Fort. Dine out as you like and spend the night.
Day 5: Agra to Jaipur via Fatehpur Sikri (245 km / 5 hour drive)
On the way to Jaipur, stop off at Fatehpur Sikri - an old deserted town of the Mughal Dynasty, built by Emperor Akbar in 1569 and abandoned after 15 years due to water scarcity. Continue on to your hotel in Jaipur - the famed Pink City - where you'll spend the next two nights.
